These terms are an agreement between you and Marz Financial Enterprises, LLC ("we"), which operates GodWilling. By using the site you agree to them.
Who can use GodWilling
You must be at least 18 years old.
Your posts
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote your intentions, notes and updates on GodWilling and in our emails and social media. You're responsible for what you post, and it must follow our guidelines. Only post about other people with their permission.
Moderation
We may remove any content or block any user at any time, for any reason, without notice.
No fundraising or professional advice
GodWilling is for prayer and encouragement. It is not a fundraising platform and nothing on it is medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
GodWilling is not for emergencies. If you or someone you love is in danger, call 911. In the U.S. you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline any time.
Messages
If you give us your email or mobile number, we'll send the messages you chose. For texts: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using GodWilling.
Purchases
If we offer paid features in the future, their terms will be shown before you buy.
Disclaimers
GodWilling is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't responsible for what other users post. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using GodWilling after we post changes, you accept them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
