Privacy policy
This policy explains what Marz Financial Enterprises, LLC ("we") collects when you use GodWilling and what we do with it.
What you share publicly
Your intention, the first name and city you enter (unless you post anonymously), your notes, and any update you share are public. Anyone can see them and search engines may show them. Don't include anything you want to keep private.
What we collect privately
- Email and mobile number, only if you choose to give them, with the choices you make about what to receive.
- Text message consent: if you give a mobile number we record when you agreed to messages, so we can show it if asked.
- A browser identifier stored in a cookie, so we can remember which intentions are yours, which you've prayed for, and prevent abuse.
- A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to stop spam and enforce bans.
- Basic usage data from analytics and, if ads are shown, from our ad partners (see below).
How we use it
To run GodWilling, send you the updates you asked for, send the daily reflection or news if you opted in, keep the site safe, and improve it. We never show your email or phone number on the site.
We don't sell your contact information
We do not sell or rent your email address or phone number. We share it only with service providers that help us send messages (for example, an email delivery service), who may use it only for that purpose, or when required by law.
Ads and cookies
We may show ads from Google and other ad networks. They may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. We don't show ads on health or grief intentions.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- You can change or remove your contact info under My intentions.
- You can delete your own intentions at any time.
- California residents can ask what personal information we hold and ask us to delete it. Email hello@godwilling.com.
Age
GodWilling is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
